Mail Management – Mailing activity is a common phenomenon
in every organization. While importance to information flows
by managing incoming, outgoing mails and intra office is stressed
greatly, these activities generally fall on the blind spot
of the decision makers wherein action is only warranted when
things go wrong.

OPTION 1 - We manage addresses from our office, filter, verify
and update them so that they can be used when the need arises.
Deliveries will automatically be guaranteed.
OPTION 2 - Our staffs will supervise, manage and execute
all the required work of the mailing department. They will
work directly under the command of the coordinator of the
organization. Services will include among others intra &
inter branch mailing and communication, work related to and
with the General Post Office, maintain log book and prepare
monthly reports.
